Purchasing & Recycling of PC equipment

In the last 3 ½ years, all PCs and Laptops bought by the organisation, be it HMC or UoR, are either EPEAT gold or silver star items. This means that they reach high standards of environmental performance.

For the end of life recycling, ITS has historically used Computer Aid International which has a Zero Landfill policy and now we use the Facilities Management disposal process through an approved supplier.
